Ingredients
- 280g of butter
- 350g of flour
- 5g of salt
- 85mL of water
- 25g of sugar
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to a medium temperature (350°F/180°C).
- Cream the butter, salt, and sugar together in the food processor.
- Add the flour in sections, pulsing to combine.
- Slowly add the water until the dough forms together. You might end up needing a little more or less water than called for.
